Convert HEIC to GIF

To convert HEIC to GIF, run npx optimo photo.heic --format gif. GIF is still required for some legacy workflows. Optimo handles format conversion and optimization in a single step.

Command

Convert a file by targeting the output format:

npx optimo photo.heic --format gif

Tip: add --dry-run to preview changes.
